• Jane Tomic works on litigation matters.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Jane clerked for the Hon. Chad F. Kenney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before clerking, Jane served as a Ropes Fellow at the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General, where she worked as a special assistant attorney general in both the White Collar & Public Integrity Division and the Enterprise, Major & Cyber Crimes Division. Jane has also previously worked as a litigation and government enforcement associate in the Boston office of an international law firm. During law school, Jane interned with the Hon. Nathaniel M. Gorton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and was selected for the Penn Law Federal Appellate Externship Program, through which she had the opportunity to draft an appellate brief and present oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit as a law student. Prior to beginning her legal studies, Jane taught high school English Language Arts while serving as a Teach For America corps member.
