• Jenna Burch-Smith works on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and equity financings. Jenna’s work involves drafting deal documents, coordinating due diligence and facilitating closing and post-closing activities. She also works with private investment funds, assisting with fund formations, secondary transactions and operational and compliance matters.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Jenna served as corporate counsel for a Boston-based public biopharmaceutical company and worked as an associate at several global law firms.
