John Lagrou

John Lagrou works on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, growth equity investments, financings and other investment transactions, on behalf of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as strategic investors. John’s work involves all stages of these transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating principal deal agreements and other related documents, directing deal due diligence, and facilitating closings with deal participants and counsel. He also assists clients with general corporate law and governance issues.
