• John S. Clayton works on litigation matters.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, John clerked for the Honorable Carlos F. Lucero of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and for the Honorable Stephanie A. Gallagher of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. During law school, he interned with the Surveillance Technology Oversight Project, the Knight First Amendment Institute and The Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Appeals Bureau in New York City. He also volunteered with the Southern District of New York Legal Clinic for Pro Se Litigants. Prior to law school, John worked as a journalist and communications professional.
