• Laura Perdomo Diaz advises issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders and service providers on complex private and public structured finance and securitization transactions involving a wide variety of asset classes. Laura’s work includes negotiating, drafting and reviewing transaction and related documents, managing and conducting due diligence, and facilitating closings.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Laura was a vice president in the Legal department of a global financial services firm, where she drafted and negotiated various financial agreements for derivatives, futures, repos and other financing transactions, including the ISDA Master Agreement and Credit Support Annex, CDEA, GMRA, MRA, MSLA, MSFTA, triparty-custodial agreements and NDAs.
