• Linda Y. Chen works on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Her work involves drafting deal documents, coordinating due diligence, and facilitating closing and post-closing requirements.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Linda worked as an associate in the corporate practice of a global law firm. While in law school, she interned with the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as part of the summer Student Honors Program.
