Linda Y. Chen

Linda Y. Chen works on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Her work involves drafting deal documents, coordinating due diligence, and facilitating closing and post-closing requirements.

Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Linda worked as an associate in the corporate practice of a global law firm. While in law school, she interned with the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as part of the summer Student Honors Program.
