• Long Yang, Ph.D., prepares and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patent applications related to telecommunications, semiconductor and electronic systems. Long also conducts prior art searches and freedom-to-operate, invalidity, patentability and infringement analyses, as well as IP portfolio evaluation.

    Long brings more than three decades of scientific, business and patent experience to his work, including a successful career leading research and development for numerous public and private high-tech companies, from global leaders in technology to start-ups, as well national and regional companies. He is an inventor on 43 U.S. patents. Prior to joining Kramer Levin, he worked as an independent patent agent, advising on U.S. and foreign patent applications.
