• Maria S. Nazarova assists strategic buyers, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity financings, and other investments. Maria’s work involves all phases of these transactions and includes drafting and negotiating major transactional documents, leading due diligence, preparing ancillary documents, and facilitating closings. She also provides advice on corporate governance matters.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Maria worked as an associate with the corporate and M&A groups of several global law firms in New York City. She also previously served as legal counsel in a Moscow-based investment bank, where she managed cross-border financial transactions.
