• Matthew Doyle works on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, general corporate issues and insurance regulatory filings. Matthew ’s work involves negotiating and drafting deal documents, conducting due diligence and handling closing and post-closing requirements.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, and including while in law school, Matthew was the deputy director of the legislative department of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States in Washington, DC. He also served for nearly a decade with the United States Army, including three combat deployments to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, for which he was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge.
