• Pooja Parekh litigates intellectual property matters — in particular, complex patent disputes — across a broad range of technologies. Pooja’s work includes all aspects of patent litigation, including pre-suit analysis and investigation, fact and expert discovery, deposition preparation, technical reports, dispositive briefs and motions, and trial preparation.

    Pooja brings both a technical background as an electrical engineer and courtroom-tested advocacy skills to her work on behalf of clients. Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Pooja worked in the intellectual property and technology litigation practice in the New York City office of a national litigation firm. She previously worked as an assistant district attorney with the Domestic Violence Bureau of the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, where she gained extensive courtroom experience. Before law school, Pooja spent five years as an engineer with General Electric.
