• Robert Jones advises companies across a variety of industries on employment-based and general business immigration law matters, assisting in securing immigrant and nonimmigrant work visas, temporary work authorizations, and employment-based permanent residence status for their employees. He also guides clients on a wide range of immigration issues including hiring strategies and compliance matters.

    Robert brings more than 15 years of experience in business immigration to his work on behalf of clients. Prior to joining Kramer Levin, he handled immigration matters with a New York City-based global immigration firm and an immigration boutique firm he founded.

    He is also dedicated to providing pro bono immigration legal services to local communities through Citizenship Now.
