• Steven Ficurilli works on real estate matters, assisting in the representation of clients in purchases and sales, joint ventures, debt financing, condominium projects and commercial leases. Steven’s work involves drafting and reviewing transactional documents, conducting due diligence and coordinating closing and post-closing activities.

    Steven returns to Kramer Levin after working as a summer associate. He has also held a number of internships and externships, including with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, as well as for law firms in New York City and Long Island. While in college, Steven interned at the U.S. Department of State’s International Law Enforcement Academies and worked as a research assistant for the Extremist Crime Database. Steven’s work in the community includes serving as a volunteer auxiliary police officer for the New York Police Department’s 20thPrecinct and as a volunteer child care provider for Unlocking Futures, Inc., a nonprofit focused on supporting and mentoring at-risk youth.
