• Tatiana Kashuta works on employment-based immigration matters, representing companies in various industries, such as asset management, financial services, advertising, technology and fashion.  Tatiana’s work includes obtaining immigrant and non-immigrant work visas, temporary work authorizations and employment-based permanent residence status. She also drafts responses to Requests for Evidence. 

    Tatiana commits time to pro bono immigration work, including handling asylum and Temporary Protected Status cases.
