Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy partner Amy Caton was named to The American Lawyer's "45 Under 45 - Best Young Women Lawyers in the Am Law 200." Ms. Caton is noted for her "aggressive" representation of her clients, which include bondholders in the Las Vegas Monorail and Ambac proceedings, the Southern Connector Toll Road chapter 9 proceedings and the Northwest Airlines bankruptcy. In her work at Kramer Levin, Ms. Caton has worked on many of the largest and most complex restructurings in recent years, including the official creditors' committees in General Motors and Capmark Financial, bondholder interests in Lehman Brothers, United Airlines and Adelphia, and lenders in Enron.
