Litigation partner Barry H. Berke was chosen as Litigator of the Week by Am Law Litigation Daily on May 27, 2011.  The article stated that “if not for Barry Berke of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, the government's victory might have been complete. Berke's client, Raymond Craig Brubaker, a former private banker in Deutsche Bank's Dallas office, was the only defendant to win acquittal on all charges” in the criminal tax shelter case against former Jenkens & Gilchrist partners and others.
