Caton Named One of Turnarounds & Workouts 2010 Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers
Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy partner Amy Caton was honored as one of 2010's Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers by Turnarounds & Workouts. Ms. Caton's outstanding achievements cited include representing the official creditors' committees of General Motors and Capmark; representing BONY and the Main Street bondholders in Lehman Brothers; as well as her work in the Las Vegas Monorail bankruptcy and the United Airlines cases. Ms. Caton was one of only 12 lawyers nationwide that was chosen for the honor.
