Eckstein Quoted in Crain's New York Business
Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Partner Kenneth Eckstein was quoted in the October 13, 2005 issue of Crain's New York Business in an article about the new bankruptcy rules and the effect they will have on Chapter 11 filings. He was quoted as saying that the new amendments are much harsher for debtors, and as a result companies are filing in advance of the new rules.
