Kramer Levin Advises Barclays on $225 Million Loan to Riverstone Subsidiary
Kramer Levin represented Barclays Bank PLC, as administrative agent and lead arranger, in connection with a $225 million term loan facility extended to a subsidiary of the private equity sponsor Riverstone Holdings LLC. The loan is secured by the borrower’s 50% stake in the Utopia pipeline joint venture with Kinder Morgan.
The Kramer Levin team consisted of Leveraged Finance partner Richard E. Farley and associate Steve Ni, and Tax associate Deborah Taeid.
