Kramer Levin advised Bouygues Telecom on the setting up of the pooling of its mobile network with SFR, completed on January 31, 2013 with signature of a sharing agreement. The purpose of this agreement is the pooling of the operators’ networks over part of metropolitan France through a Ran Sharing agreement in particular, and creation of a joint-venture company in charge of managing the shared radio sites. This historic sharing agreement is the first of its kind in France. The Kramer Levin team that worked on the deal included partner Christophe Gaschin, with assistance from associates Ramona Tudorancea and Séverine Gallet .
