Kramer Levin Represents TravelClick in ZDirect Acquisition
Kramer Levin represented TravelClick, Inc. in connection with its acquisition of ZDirect, Inc., a global software provider of solutions for the hospitality and resort industry in the areas of Internet, electronic marketing and customer relationship management. The deal closed on October 21, 2015.
The Kramer Levin team was led by Corporate partner Howard T. Spilko and associate Jodi Rosensaft and included Corporate associate Raymond Hedaya, Intellectual Property counsel Kevin M.
