Kramer Levin successfully represented two attorneys and a foundation in a confidential disciplinary proceeding in the Southern District of New York, together with co-counsel from the San Francisco-based firm of Howard Rice. Although the parties and details cannot be disclosed for reasons of confidentiality, our briefing and strategy resulted in the matter being dismissed, prior to the empanelling of a grievance committee.
