Kramer Levin has been shortlisted in two categories for the 2022 Innovative Lawyers Awards, presented by the Financial Times. The firm is a finalist for “Innovation in Sustainability,” for groundbreaking solar energy securitization; and is a finalist for “Innovation in Equity and Racial Justice,” for litigation to protect the constitutional right of children and indigent adults to counsel in family and criminal courts in New York City.
The Innovative Lawyers Awards will take place on Dec. 5 in New York.
