Kramer Levin Team Representing Gamma Real Estate Capital and Affiliates Given “Shout Out” in Litigation Daily’s Litigator of the Week

The Kramer Levin team representing Gamma Real Estate Capital and affiliates was given a “shout out” in Litigation Daily’s Litigator of the Week column on March 31, 2023. The team, led Litigation partner Michael J. Dell, was recognized for obtaining the dismissal with prejudice of the remaining lender liability claims against its clients Gamma Real Estate Capital and its affiliates in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
