White Collar Defense and Investigation Chair Paul H. Schoeman, Eric A. Tirschwell and former associate Philip Ellenbogen are winners of the prestigious 2015 Burton Award for Distinguished Legal Writing. They are being recognized for their article “Separate Representation for Employees in Investigations: A Delicate Line,” which appeared in the November 10, 2014 issue of the New York Law Journal. The award will be presented at the annual gala being held at the Library of Congress on June 15, 2015.

The Burton Awards, a non-profit program run in association with the Library of Congress, recognizes excellence in legal writing. The program honors 30 partners and counsel from the nation's 1,000 largest law firms, as well as the top 15 law school student writers from all the law schools in the nation.
