“We are pleased to welcome Darina and Caroline to the firm,” said Howard T. Spilko, co-chair of Kramer Levin’s Corporate Department. “Their experience representing sponsors and investors in fund formation deepens our bench in this area. These and other lateral hires this year demonstrate our commitment to providing clients unsurpassed service in the full range of fund-related activities, including fund formation, management, restructuring, regulation and transactions.”

“I am thrilled to be joining Kramer Levin’s strong and expanding New York-based corporate practice and look forward to leveraging my skills in the service of the firm’s fund clients,” said Ms. Delappe.

Ms. Delappe has donated significant time to pro bono work, most notably for a large public library in connection with its investments in a variety of private funds. She co-authored the United States chapter of “Hedge Funds – Jurisdictional Comparisons,” which was published by The European Lawyer Reference.
