Ms. Reardon concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and tax planning and trust and estate administration.
Ms. Reardon counsels individuals and families of substantial wealth in connection with the planning of complex estates and trusts. She advises clients with regard to sophisticated transfer tax matters, family business and succession planning, charitable giving, the management of family offices and contested estate and trust matters. Ms. Reardon also advises individual and corporate fiduciaries in connection with the administration of substantial estates and trusts, including post-mortem estate and fiduciary income tax planning, issues relating to the scope and exercise of fiduciary powers, and the preparation and settlement of fiduciary accounts. Ms. Reardon represents private foundations as well as public charities in connection with their formation and corporate and tax issues related to their operation.
