Mr. Wechsler has a diverse transactional-based practice focusing on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, capital markets and finance transactions, joint ventures and general corporate representations.
Mr. Wechsler represents a broad range of clients including hedge funds, private equity funds and both private and publicly held operating companies in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications equipment manufacturers, IT services providers, medical device companies and manufacturing companies. In addition, Mr. Wechsler works extensively with foreign corporations, including a number of companies based in Israel, whose shares are traded in the United States.

Securities Compliance and General Corporate Representation, including all aspects of compliance with U.S. securities laws for domestic and foreign companies, and ongoing counseling on corporate fiduciary duty issues.
