Ms. McDonald concentrates her practice on employment law litigation and advisory matters. She represents employers before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels. She also counsels clients on a broad range of issues relating to employment practices and policies, employment contracts and issues arising out of corporate transactions. Ms. McDonald's experience includes litigating a variety of claims asserted by employees, including discrimination, whistleblower complaints, breach of contract and tort claims. She has also represented employers in drafting and negotiating employment, separation and non-competition agreements.
