In the litigation of a wide range of coverage disputes, our lawyers are known for their legal acuity in the courtroom, having notably achieved early victory for both insurers and insureds —through motion to dismiss or summary judgment —in a number of high profile cases.
In addition to litigation, we regularly advise both corporations and insurance companies on the intricacies of directors and officers (D&O) liability coverage. We represent clients involved in M&A transactions, often in connection with the design, issuance, and review of representation and warranty policies. And we advise insurance companies on the creation and marketing of new products, especially those that require prior regulatory approval.
