Mr. Bessonette practices primarily in the areas of general corporate and securities law, including public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and other transactions, as well as 1934 Act reporting and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Bessonette represents privately held and publicly traded emerging growth and established companies, both domestic and foreign, in a wide variety of industries, including technology, real estate, industrial, financial services and fashion. He also represents underwriters in capital markets transactions and investment funds in various offerings and investment transactions. Mr. Bessonette also has substantial experience in general business matters such as joint ventures, consulting and employment contracts, partnership arrangements, manufacturing and service agreements and general corporate, licensing and executive compensation matters.
