• Jennifer Raiola Danzo advises and represents multinational corporations, foreign investors, law firms and major arts organizations, as well as creative professionals including designers and curators, on a broad spectrum of employment-based and general business immigration law matters. Jennifer has practiced business immigration law for more than 25 years.

    Among her most notable work, she has counseled major museums on immigration strategy and compliance, as well as obtained employment-based visas for foreign talent involved in leading exhibitions throughout the United States. She has advised European and American fashion and luxury brands on business immigration issues, including obtaining work authorization for their executives, managers and top designers. Jennifer has also represented multinational corporations seeking E-2 (treaty investor) and E-1 (treaty trader) visas for their executives, managers and essential-skills employees.

    The Legal Aid Society has repeatedly recognized Jennifer’s pro bono efforts with its Pro Bono Publico Award for outstanding pro bono service.
