Jeffrey Dunlap is a litigator who focuses on complex civil litigation and white collar criminal and regulatory defense. Mr. Dunlap assists in the defense of individuals and corporations in regulatory inquiries and criminal investigations, as well as in all phases of litigation. Recently, Mr. Dunlap was a member of the trial team that successfully represented the co-founder and owner of a large, privately held corporation in an expedited trial in Delaware Chancery Court seeking dissolution of the company due to corporate deadlock. He also assisted in a high-profile insider trading criminal trial in the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Dunlap dedicates significant time to pro bono matters, including criminal appeals in conjunction with the Legal Aid Society. He also serves as co-director of Kramer Levin’s partnership with P.S. 11, a public elementary school in Chelsea, to provide legal services to the families of students who cannot otherwise afford to retain a lawyer.

New York Super Lawyers recognized Mr. Dunlap as a Rising Star in 2015 and 2016.
