Mr. Grayer’s practice focuses on all aspects of general corporate representation.

Mr. Grayer provides counsel to clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities and investment transactions, as well as general corporate counsel. He represents both public and private clients as well as high net worth individuals.

Mr. Grayer represents clients in a broad array of industries, such as fashion and apparel, biotech, financial services, security services, consulting services and private equity. Some representative clients in these industries include Liz Claiborne, Inc.; SIGA Technologies, Inc.; Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.; and Mercantile Capital Partners, LP.
