Mr. Davis' practice is focused on advising and counseling private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital firms and other financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions as well as complex joint ventures, including real estate joint ventures. In addition, Mr. Davis provides advice and counsel to a broad range of middle-market companies, both public and private, in all areas of general corporate law, including private placements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, Securities Act and Exchange Act filings and compliance and employment law matters.
