Mr. Davis joined the Corporate group in 1999.  He concentrates his practice in general corporate and securities law, with particular emphasis on venture capital/private equity transactions. He provides advice and counsel to a broad range of clients from well-known large multinational companies to entrepreneurial start-up ventures across many different industries with regard to general corporate matters, private equity/venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity offerings, including PIPE transactions, and securities law matters.
