Ms. Pastarnack practices primarily in the distressed investing practice group of the Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department. She represents hedge funds, investment banks and commercial banks in connection with the purchase and sale of distressed assets, including U.S. and international bank loans and claims against companies in bankruptcy or undergoing financial restructuring.
Ms. Pastarnack also assists clients with respect to OTC swaps and derivatives transactions and advises a number of financial institutions in connection with the bankruptcy of various Lehman Brothers entities.
