Representative Litigation Matters
- Successfully defended Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. against breach of contract claims in a AAA arbitration in which claimant demanded over $100 million in damages and the Panel found no liability after a twenty-day hearing.
- Successfully negotiated the settlement of a patent infringement suit which allowed the defendant to continue selling its line of nutritional products.
- Represented a pharmaceutical industry plaintiff in a Lanham Act trial that resulted in one of the largest false advertising damages awards on record.
Mr. Ciardullo is also an active participant in Kramer Levin’s pro bono program, having won lawful immigration status and asylum for numerous refugees fleeing persecution based on their ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation.
