Mr. Ricca's practice currently focuses primarily on office, retail, industrial, and restaurant leasing and subleasing.
Prior to his association with Kramer Levin, Mr. Ricca, among other things, had been employed in senior legal positions at AIG Realty, Inc., Arrow Electronics, Inc., The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, and USLIFE Corporation.
