Mr. Stevenson practices international corporate law, focusing in the areas of banking, financial services, structured finance and capital markets.
Mr. Stevenson has served as counsel to European and U.S. companies in a wide variety of international financial and business transactions, including cross-border and structured financings, securitizations, debt trading, mutual fund offerings, outsourcing transactions, initial public offerings, project finance, joint ventures and corporate acquisitions and investments. Mr. Stevenson also has substantial experience in international commercial arbitration.
Mr. Stevenson is a frequent author and speaker on topics implicated by his practice, including foreign investment regulations, French securities laws, mutual fund regulation and European banking/financial services regulation.
