Mr. Donoghue’s practice focuses primarily on civil and criminal litigation matters.  He has appeared for argument on dispositive motions heard by the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey.  Mr. Donoghue has taken numerous depositions, including those of an expert witness and a high-ranking official of a New York State executive department, and briefed matters ranging from the admission of expert testimony to the proper construction of the core federal civil rights statute.
