Ms. Folb's practice concentrates on matters arising under federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. She provides assistance to clients who are subject to various environmental and law use review processes, and counsels clients to various permit and reporting obligations. She also litigates claims relating to the environmental impacts of development projects and claims arising under hazardous substances laws. Ms. Folb conducts environmental due diligence inquiries in connection with corporate and real estate transactions and negotiates environmental agreements in connection with those transactions.
