Ms. Mintzer's practice focuses on environmental law. Ms. Mintzer represents parties subject to federal, state and local environmental impact reviews, provides counsel in environmental compliance and enforcement matters, and gives advice in connection with environmental aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, including transactions involving the redevelopment of "Brownfields." She is also an experienced litigator of environmental disputes ranging from challenges to the environmental impact reviews of major development projects to complex Superfund cases. Ms. Mintzer's clients include real estate developers, not-for-profit institutions, corporations and lenders.
