Mr. Loeb has 20 years of experience in a wide variety of real estate matters.
Mr. Loeb represents numerous landlords and tenants in negotiating office and retail leases; banks, lending institutions and borrowers in connection with loan workouts; and real estate developers in transactions running the gamut from sale/leasebacks to tax syndications. Mr. Loeb also has represented several clients in acquisitions of retail store chains and related businesses. Together with Rudolph de Winter, a former partner of the firm, Mr. Loeb is the Commentator for McKinney's Real Property Law and Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law and is the author of McKinney's Real Property Practice Forms.
