Ms. Nguyen’s practice encompasses intellectual property litigation and transactional matters as well as patent prosecution. She has experience with numerous aspects of patent litigation, including appeals, on behalf of patent owners as well as alleged patent infringers. Ms. Nguyen is also experienced in performing due diligence and providing counsel on the acquisition and licensing of intellectual property.

As a registered patent attorney, she has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in a number of fields including medical devices, electrical and electromechanical devices, automotive systems, telecommunications, consumer products, financial services and business methods. Ms. Nguyen has also prepared opinions on patentability, validity and infringement.

Prior to law school, Ms. Nguyen was a patent examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
