Ms. Vellut's practice focuses on the representation of agent banks, lenders and borrowers in a variety of complex financing transactions, including senior lien and junior lien secured facilities, unsecured facilities, syndicated and single-lender credit facilities and real estate mezzanine credit facilities. Ms. Vellut also has experience in bankruptcy reorganizations, debtor-in-possession financings and work-outs.
