Mr. Baghdassarian is a member of Kramer Levin’s Intellectual Property Group. His practice involves primarily litigation matters, focusing on patent and trademark actions, as well as general commercial disputes in various courts and tribunals. His litigation experience includes complex patent and trademark infringement actions involving satellite radio devices and service, Hatch-Waxman Act based disputes, digital imaging technology, and devices used in the semiconductor industry.
