Ms. Brady's practice includes researching and providing tax advice to clients.

Specifically, Ms. Brady provides counsel on such matters as corporate tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and bankruptcies; investment partnerships, including hedge funds; individual income tax issues and not-for-profit organizations.  Ms. Brady represents clients in federal and state tax controversies, and in obtaining rulings from taxing authorities.
