Matthew Dunn has a national reputation in immigration law, especially in the areas of finance, health care and technology.

Mr. Dunn is Co-Chair of the New York State Bar Association's Immigration and Nationality Law Committee. Mr. Dunn is a past chair of the 1,000-member American Immigration Lawyers Association's New York Chapter and was also a member of AILA's governing board of directors. Mr. Dunn is also a member of the New York City Bar Association's Immigration and Nationality Law Committee.

Mr. Dunn is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for 2008 and Chambers USA - America's Leading Lawyers for Business  for 2008 and New York Super Lawyers 2007. Mr. Dunn's expertise in immigration law has led to appearances on CNN, NBC, FOX and Channel 9 UPN, and quotes regularly in The New York Times, Daily News, Newsday and New York Sun . He has been a lecturer on immigration issues for the Practicing Law Institute, ILW.com, AILA's national conference, the Center for Migration Studies and for numerous internationally prominent businesses, universities and institutions. He is also the Associate Editor of the Occupation Guide Book Series, which is focused on immigration issues for nurses and allied health professions, and has authored many publications in the field.

Mr. Dunn served as an Assistant District Counsel for the Immigration and Naturalization Service and as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, New York.
