Matthew Dunn is recognized as one of the country’s leading immigration lawyers. He represents a diverse group of Fortune 500 companies, especially in the areas of banking, healthcare, hospitality and advertising. Mr. Dunn also represents companies of all sizes facing an I-9 audit by Immigration & Customs Enforcement. Additionally, he regularly consults on the EB-5 investor program.

Mr. Dunn is Co-Chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Immigration and Nationality Law Committee. He is a past chair of the 1,000-member American Immigration Lawyers Association’s New York Chapter and was also a member of AILA’s governing board of directors. Mr. Dunn is also a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Immigration and Nationality Law Committee.

He is also the Associate Editor of the Occupation Guide Book Series, which is focused on immigration issues for nurses and allied health care professionals, and has authored many publications in the field.

Mr. Dunn served as an Assistant District Counsel for the Immigration and Naturalization Service and as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, New York.
