Matthew Dunn is recognized as one of the country’s leading immigration lawyers. He represents a diverse group of Fortune 500 companies, especially in the areas of banking, healthcare, hospitality and advertising. Mr. Dunn also represents companies of all sizes facing an I-9 audit by Immigration & Customs Enforcement. Additionally, he regularly consults on the EB-5 investor program.
Mr. Dunn is Co-Chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Immigration and Nationality Law Committee. He is a past chair of the 1,000-member American Immigration Lawyers Association’s New York Chapter and was also a member of AILA’s governing board of directors.
