Business Immigration associate William Johnson's paper, "When Misdemeanors are Felonies: The Aggravated Felony of Sexual Abuse of a Minor" appeared in the Legal Scholarship issue of the New York Law School Law Review in May 2008. The paper was originally submitted as part of a symposium held at New York Law School in February 2007.
