Kramer Levin Client Modern Consumer Acquired by Red Ventures

Kramer Levin client Modern Consumer was acquired by Red Ventures on June 20th.

The lead team included Philip R. Weingold, Ernest S. Wechsler, Anna Krasnostein, Jeffrey Taylor and Blake A. Rigel.

Red Ventures is a management consulting company that develops and manages large-scale customer acquisition programs for leading brands in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Modern Consumer, founded in 2002 and based in New York City, has extensive experience developing online marketing campaigns and providing technology solutions for some of the largest online marketers and is a leader in the online auto finance industry. Modern Consumer will operate as a division of Red Ventures, run by the current management team in its SoHo offices in downtown Manhattan.
